Serves one Pan
- 2 oz Araza® Sour Green Mango Frozen Puree
- 3 oz Canola Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- ¼ Teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ Teaspoon Chili Pepper
- ¼ Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon onion salt
- Combine all ingredients into frying pan and stir together with wooden spoon
- Add fajita meat or veggies and fry on high heat until cooked
Great with Chicken, Steak and Veggies.
Also works well with Soy based proteins, such as tofu or mock meat.
