Mango Habanero Hot Sauce

mango habanero hot sauce

Approx. 20 one-ounce servings

Ingredients

  • 4oz Araza® unsweetened mango frozen puree
  • 4oz white vinegar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large habanero pepper
  • 5oz lemon juice
  • 3oz tomato paste
  • 6oz water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, twice to get extra smooth
  2. Pour in to sauce pan and bring to a simmer on low heat
  3. Hold simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and store in glass jar or bottle
  5. Refrigerate until used
